Yelki by the Sea

Yelki by the Sea is a heritage beachfront stone cottage with wooden floors, rugs and a lovely living area with a fireplace and armchairs. There are 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom.Guests staying at Yelki can sit on the veranda or on the lawn under the pepper tree with a glass of wine and enjoy stunning views of Wright Island and The Bluff. There is a well equipped kitchen and a breakfast room, which overlooks the back garden that has a variety of plants, flowers and birds.This cottage is a piece of history. Forget staying in modern, bland surroundings, it is a wonderful experience to stay here. Our friendly hosts shared stories of the cottage, the days of early Encounter Bay and the lives of the people who lived here. The cottage has been lovingly restored, and you will find absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. We received a lovely welcome card, chocolates and wine on arrival. There is so much to do around the area and a restaurant and general store 5 doors down the road. The gardens of Yelki by the Sea are beautiful and the location is perfect, right opposite the beach with views of the Bluff. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
